Amanda is the Head Coach and Owner of AJF and AJF Studio! She started her own fitness journey in 2012 as an outlet to improve mental health, and it completely changed her life both inside AND out. She fell in love with fitness and nutrition, and discovered that her passion for helping other people transform and learn to THRIVE in their own lives through fitness as well.
Amanda is insanely passionate about all things fitness and nutrition, and has been Coaching for over 10 years. She created the AJF Community to help unite and empower others to reach their full potential!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Olivia has been in the fitness/ athletics space her whole life! After a lengthy athletic career with multiple provincial and national medals playing competitive ringette for the city of Waterloo, she took her love for physical activity into the gym. In 2020, Olivia embarked on her journey to become a personal trainer. After competitive sports, she suffered with an all or nothing mentality around fitness and nutrition and failed to see her true value and worth outside of physical activity. 3 years later, Olivia is living a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. She’s found balance between life and the gym, and continues to teach others how to do the same while building their confidence and self worth. She preaches that, “YES, you CAN get the results you want AND enjoy life!”
Olivia loves all things fitness and healthy lifestyle related. It’s her true passion (and a form of therapy/ self love). She’s been officially coaching for over 2 years and is a passionate part of the AJF team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Kaitlyn has surrounded herself with fitness and athletics for as long as she could walk (or skate!) After being involved in various sports and playing hockey competitively, she retired from minor sports and discovered her passion for the gym. She has explored many areas of fitness; from crossfit to olympic weightlifting, pilates and finding herself in the gym overall. In 2022 Kaitlyn began her post secondary journey at Wilfred Laurier to earn a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Her studies in Kinesiology have continued to advance her knowledge with all aspects of health and fitness. Kaitlyn enjoys nothing more than educating herself on all things related to health and nutrition!
In addition to coaching at AJF, Kaitlyn also works as a Student-Performance Coach with the Wilfrid Laurier football team! She coaches Laurier athletes in the gym as well, teaching them how to become stronger, faster and recover from injuries.
A large part of Kaitlyn’s life is being surrounded by fitness and overall well-being. If she’s not at AJF, with the football team, in the gym or cheering on her boyfriend’s hockey team, you’ll find her studying to further enhance her health and wellness skills!

Halley is a passionate personal trainer with a deep love for fitness that has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember!
For Halley, fitness has always been more than just a physical journey. She believes strongly in the powerful connection between physical health and mental well-being. She understands how moving the body can lift one's mood, boost confidence and provide clarity, especially when life feels overwhelming. This belief fuels her passion for helping others, not just to achieve fitness goals, but to feel better mentally and emotionally as well.
Halley’s goal is to help others build stronger, healthier and more confident versions of themselves. Whether a client is looking to get fitter, gain strength, or improve their mental health, Halley is dedicated to supporting them every step of the way. She’s committed to helping individuals achieve their goals and feel their best—inside AND out!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Celine is the creative force shaping our online AJF community! With two years of professional experience in social media management, content creation and video editing, she brings a unique blend of creativity and strategy to our digital presence.
Beyond the screens, Celine is a passionate advocate for fitness and having a balanced lifestyle. Her fitness journey, which began in 2014 and gained momentum in recent years, is a testament to her commitment to both physical and mental well-being.
Celine finds joy in sharing not only her fitness journey and workouts but also in inspiring others to embrace a lifestyle that nurtures both body and mind!
