Amanda is the Head Coach and Owner of AJF and AJF Studio! She started her own fitness journey in 2012 as an outlet to improve mental health, and it completely changed her life both inside AND out. She fell in love with fitness and nutrition, and discovered that her passion for helping other people transform and learn to THRIVE in their own lives through fitness as well.
Amanda is insanely passionate about all things fitness and nutrition, and has been Coaching for over 7 years. She created the AJF Community to help unite and empower others to reach their full potential!
Olivia has been in the fitness/ athletics space her whole life! After a lengthy athletic career with multiple provincial and national medals playing competitive ringette for the city of Waterloo, she took her love for physical activity into the gym. In 2020, Olivia embarked on her journey to become a personal trainer. After competitive sports, she suffered with an all or nothing mentality around fitness and nutrition and failed to see her true value and worth outside of physical activity. 3 years later, Olivia is living a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. She’s found balance between life and the gym, and continues to teach others how to do the same while building their confidence and self worth. She preaches that, “YES, you CAN get the results you want AND enjoy life!”
Olivia loves all things fitness and healthy lifestyle related. It’s her true passion (and a form of therapy/ self love). She’s been officially coaching for over 2 years and is a passionate part of the AJF team!
Selena is the backbone behind the scenes in her role as the Admin Assistant for AJF. She helps to manage AJF’s social media accounts, client communications, team event planning and so much more!
Selena started her own fitness journey in March 2020, as a client of Amanda's with AJF. She recently reached her first long term goal of getting in amazing shape to fit into her dream wedding dress! As she continued her journey, she realized how much fitness had helped her not only physically but also mentally. Fitness has become a key part of her lifestyle ever since!
She loves sharing her journey with others along the way, to help empower other women in their own fitness journeys as well!
