AJF and AJF Studio owner Amanda Novakowski has been in the fitness industry for 12+ years, prior to launching AJF in 2018 and opening AJF Studio in 2021.
She is incredibly passionate about empowering women to create a balanced healthy lifestyle that allows them to thrive and transform, and her team of AJF Coaches exemplify that passion as well.
