Amanda has become more than just my personal trainer—she has inspired me to change my life for the better.
The first time I met Amanda, I was literally crying in her office talking about my weight gain, how unhappy I was, and that I needed to change my life. She listened and talked me through how we could get there together. Since then, she has pushed me, inspired me, and educated me on how to take steps every day to reach my goals. I went from being too scared to walk into a gym, to going regularly and learning to lift heavy! This was a big deal for me, and she was by my side every step of the way!
She has had such a positive effect on my physical health—but also on my mental health. Amanda has taught me the importance of mindset, and how a positive mind can seriously impact your life!

I started working with Amanda in April of 2020 and let me just say that I absolutely LOVE working with her! She trained a friend of mine from college and I was amazed with the results my friend had so I wanted to give it a whirl.
I have always struggled with losing weight. Amanda has been super helpful and has become a friend to me. When I first started working with Amanda I intended on just working with her for a few months until I got the hang of things but here we are almost 4 months in and I do not plan on leaving her any time soon! Although I have not lost many pounds on the scale, I have seen a huge difference in my body! I feel stronger, look stronger and I feel pretty again!
4 months in, I am doing 5 workout sessions a week, cardio 5x a week plus I do a daily 20-minute walk everyday! Amanda is ALWAYS there to support me whenever I need it. I can literally message her whenever I need a change, whether it is regarding my meal plan or my workouts. She is ALWAYS honest and that is what I love most about her! Having the accountability and having our weekly check ins makes is a key factor to my progress…I never want to let her down!
One of the best things about working with Amanda is that she ALWAYS pushes me to do my best and is always so positive! She reminds me that it is okay to be human and make mistakes, my favourite line from her is “Its okay to make mistakes, as long as the next day you get up and get back to your normal routine. You won’t lose progress.” I had a rough go at the beginning of my journey because my home life was very negative and if it weren’t for Amanda pushing me and being so helpful, sympathetic, and positive I wouldn’t be where I am today!

I started training with Amanda a few months after graduating from university. I had started my first desk job, which was stressful and sedentary. It was a big change in lifestyle and I quickly gained 10lb. I joined a gym and signed up for a free personal training session. This is where I met Amanda.
Within 30 minutes, Amanda had pinpointed my strengths and my many weaknesses, or “opportunities for growth” as she would say. She quickly identify all the exercises I have struggled with my whole life (squats, lunging, deadlifts) and, WHY I personally had always struggled with them. In her cheery way she went on to discuss HOW we could work together to improve them. I decided to invest in the personal training session and invest in myself and I have had no regrets. Personal training with Amanda was the best investment I have ever made!
She has helped me become stronger, healthier, and overall happier (also lost that 10lbs!). I love her coaching tips, creative programing (always challenging, but effective), and constant positive encouragement. She works with me to develop goals and learn how to achieve them. She has helped me build a lifestyle that is healthy and sustainable. She can’t do it all for you, but she will be there to motivate you and provide you with all the resources you need to get there. I have a great deal of respect for Amanda, she has so much energy and dedication to her sessions, she really gives her all. Even if you are feeling down, her energy will lift you back up and makes you be your most productive during your session.
AJF has helped me lose around 12 pounds since I joined last year, and I cannot be happier with the results. Amanda helps you improve your form while gradually increasing your weight. By increasing the weights in such a knowledgeable manner, you are able to make good progress and know that you are not hurting yourself. In the beginning, I had trouble with my knees.
Having Amanda's help has not only relieved my pain in my legs, but also made me stronger and I can see improvements every day in my legs. She's a competent, skilled, and knowledgeable individual who has your best interest at heart and is committed to helping you improve your health and strength.
Amanda without a doubt has been the best coach I have ever had. After 2 years of trying to find a coach to meet my needs and goals I have finally found one I plan to stick with for the long haul. So far I have managed to loose 20 pounds because of her support as a coach and accountability she gives me.
Between the macros and gym program it takes a lot of stress and overthinking off my shoulders. I can say I fully trust her judgement and know she will steer me in the right direction. That has always been something I lacked with previous coaches. The accountability is key for me and she is always there to answer all my questions whenever I need her, not just on checkin days. She always reaches out to me to see how I am and how training is going.
She also cares about her clients on a deeper level than just giving them a meal plan and program. These last few weeks I have hit some curve balls in my own mental health and she is always there if I need to talk to someone. I have always been an avid weight lifter and pretty lean but over the last 4 years I feel into a rut where I put on excess fat aswell as bad habits to cope with things I was dealing with at the time… but she has managed to help me create good long term habits and a healthy sustainable lifestyle where I can live and meet my fitness goals. Forever grateful to have reached out to her to take me on as a client.
Through out my training journey I have had many obstacles that has lead to different lifestyles and changes in my routines. Such as being a ‘worker teacher mom’, death of loved ones and moving.
Amanda has the ability to get me results no matter how busy my life gets. She holds me accountable and teaches me how to stay consistent. She’s knowledgeable and experienced enough that she’s able to change up my schedule on a dime. She helps me create goals and she will design a program to help me reach them.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Amanda for 3 months, and I can really say my life is transformed. Not only is Amanda very kind and super supportive, she has been a huge contributing factor to my health journey.
Before starting out with her I was not happy in my body, had poor eating habits, low energy, and my hormones were not good what so ever. After working with her I can say that ALL that aspects of my life have significantly improved and my health has skyrocketed!! I came to her after having worked with another online coach that I didn’t feel was meeting my needs well and we just did not mesh – this was NOT the case with Amanda who is so personable, approachable and non-judgemental! I never have any doubt that she has my best interest and my optimal health at heart ALWAYS and is giving information that is well-founded in science.

As a Personal Trainer and Fitness coach myself, I decided to invest more into my business, and my own fitness goals, and I did this by hiring Amanda. Amanda has been in the industry for so long, and has built quite a name for herself. Her knowledge about how the body responds to different stimulus (eg. Caloric intake and energy output) is amazing. She really does know her stuff. I can always count on her to be my cheerleader, always in my corner wanting me to succeed.
We have been working together for almost a year now, and she is taking me through my very first Bikini Competition prep! Amanda is always willing to answer any questions that I have whether it be my own business, or anything related to my program and my macro goals. I started working with Amanda a couple of years into entering the workforce post-graduation. A close friend of mine was a former personal training client of hers and I had seen such positive changes in her physique. My relationship with physical activity has never been consistent or extremely positive, but I had seen the change in my friend and knew that I wanted to give personal training a shot. I went into it wanting to improve my overall strength, stamina and build lean muscle.
Amanda enthusiastically took me on as a client – and has since been a huge support in helping me achieve those goals! From Day One, she provided wonderful workout and nutrition programming that was easy and straightforward to get into. In-person, Amanda has been such an amazing resource as far as helping me learn compound movement exercises that I never thought I’d be able to do (from barbell squats, deadlifts and bench press). She is also very intentional in reviewing exercise form – which has helped significantly as I continue to build and progress and ensure I do not get any unnecessary injuries.
Amanda has helped me become stronger, healthier and happier! She has such a positive outlook on fitness and that really has transcended onto me. My fitness goals have also transformed so much due to her influence – I want to become even stronger and fitter than I initially intended for myself! She has really made me believe it is possible.

When my mom was diagnosed with Cancer in 2022, it sent me on a spiral of emotions where I reflected on my own health. Amanda and I have been training together for nearly three years and the time has flown by. The first training session together I had not been in the gym for years and was pretty hard on my body lifestyle wise. Amanda is great with beginners and keeps all workouts challenging enough that you do not even realize how quickly you have improved. I used to find the gym daunting and now it feels like a second home. Amanda is incredibly accommodating and curates all workouts to your own specific goals.

I absolutely love my personal training sessions with Amanda Voisin. She trained my twin sister Nicole for 6 months; after seeing the transformation my sister had achieved, I signed up for 18 sessions with Amanda. When those sessions were over, I was very excited to sign on for another 6 months, as I was already seeing progress.

I would like to share with you my experience with Amanda Voisin. I am a 67 years old female who suffers with 3 degenerative lumbar discs in my spine and osteoarthritis. I Have been training with her for 2 years. She started me on a special nutrition program that I follow daily and also a workout routine which I do 3 times a week with her at the gym. She pushes me at every training to go beyond my physical and mental limitations which I appreciate.
I could not do this without her expertise. She makes me feel comfortable to be myself and she listens to my concerns. I can say 100 % that she has the knowledge and compassion in what she loves to do which is to make you feel that you can do anything if you put your mind and body in it.
